There was an accident, Called the Elf accident, Which had many side effects (the only visual ones being the elf ears and slightly more pointed nose than the original looks of whoever was in the accident). One of these being that The victims tend to fall into another Time Period, And get stuck there. Time Travel is not allowed to Go Back past a certain period in Time, as well as don't know what Era the people are stuck in. Also, on another note, The accident slows Down their growth, making them seem even more elf like. In fact, they were what the legend of elves Came from. Some of them got Stuck very far Back in Time. They called them selves Elves, After the accident, thus starting the legend, and a bit of a Paradox. This is Doctor Nel Rimmings. She was in the Accident, and is now stuck in 1940. She's 19, her personality is a bit Like Luna Lovegoods's, But instead of talking about weird Myths and Having Charms, She Talks about Science, and is always doing weird Experiments. Even When she was a kid. She's Also a genius. A kind of mad genius.
